What is the approval process for public extensions on the Fynd platform? What happens when an extension is rejected or approved?
Public Extensions created on the Fynd platform undergo an approval process immediately after their creation. Fynd’s approval team reviews whether the extensions meet the standard guidelines.
Post creation, you submit your extension for a review process. If for some reason your submission gets rejected, Fynd provides reasoning which can be seen on the page. You can then fix the issue(s) and re-submit the extension.
On the other hand, if it gets approved, your extension will be published on the marketplace and will be accessible for everyone to view and install under the ‘Extension’ section of their Fynd Platform account.
The whole process is well-documented here.
