Can not create a Ticket in Fynd Console


Since I can not access my Fynd Console Dashboard, I’m trying to create a ticket for help for my Copilot Chatbot GPT, and there is no such product in the menu. I tried to create a ticket within any other Product and Category, but I get an error message “Request failed with status code 400”
What shall I do? Thanks!
