Create namespace for uploading the image by Extension level

@rushikesh Need to upload image by Extension level. Not able to upload the png images by given namespace, namespace: ‘platform-extension’, can able to do the same by below namespace namespace: ‘support-private-ticket-file’. Please check it and let me know. CC: @Beermohamed_S
