We’ve added certain coupons on the sales channel which are applicable to all products and are live. But when we try to apply those coupons, we get an error saying- something went wrong and the discount is not getting applied.
We don’t see anything wrong in the Network tab or the console window.
Not able to share a screenshot of this error, but we just get a toast message on the browser saying something went wrong.
There are multiple coupon types on the sales channel, each with distinct logic. Various factors like Coupon Fields, Applicable On, and Restrictions influence product applicability. Can you Confirm if the coupon is not valid for any product on the sales channel?
Hi Soumya , thanks for the reply. I can confirm that there are no restrictions applied on the coupon- be it restricting users, sales channels or products. It should ideally be applicable to all the products in the sales channel, but we get the error saying something went wrong. You can test it form your end as well, the details are given below:
Tried replicating the same ,the coupons are getting applied properly and the API responses are also correct. But in the front end, messages are appearing incorrect which needs to be corrected from theme side. We will keep you posted on the updates
