FDK login issue

Facing issue in fdk login. I followed the instruction to build extension, installed fdk cli and tried fdk login. It redirects me to fynd partners panel for login and asks to choose organization, there nothing happens even if i click the org and after a while it says login failed.
I have gotten the approval for creating logistics extension

I did the process again, and it worked this time!
