How to delete a user from the Fynd Platform?

Hi Team,
Please let us know how to delete a user from Fynd Platform. We need to test the Signup Flow.

Hello Nizam,

To remove or revoke access for users from the Fynd platform, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the Fynd platform.
  2. Navigate to the “Team” section (located in the left panel).
  3. Click on the listing of the team member you wish to manage. On the right side, locate the three vertical dots icon. Click on this icon to reveal a dropdown menu, from which you can select the option to remove the team member from the Fynd platform.

Hi @afrozshaikh ,
Thanks for the reply but I want to delete a customer not a member from the Team. Does the customer account also need to get deleted from the ‘Team’ Tab? Please confirm.

Hi @nizamudeenms
there is option to archive the user
as such you can’t hard delete the user

please check the documentation
