This issue is being faced when we try to place an order through android app. Could you please try placing an order through app and confirm.

As mentioned on the internal group, kindly utilise the debugger functionality within Android Studio to inspect the behaviour following the checkout API response. This should help in identifying the root cause of this issue for android.
