Not able to connect to api.jiox1.de from the extension

We have implemented the extension for Reviews&Ratings with the Fynd FDK and deployed to our Infra. We are able to hit the api.jiox1.de domain API using Curl from the resources(VM’s) via proxy, but we are getting 502 from the extension service.
