  1. Coupon image - There is no option to upload coupon image from Platform - Please confirm whethere it is static or not?

  2. Payment offers and Crazy deals - How to differentiate both section to show in store front?

  3. How to create coupon for consulaton and diagnostics from platform?

  1. No option for now.
  2. Why do we need coupon codes for payment Offers? If a customer uses the required payment then the coupon should be auto-applied
  3. Create a collection using a department filter and create coupons on created collections
  4. Checking if we can add a feature to add Meta to coupons

Hi @muralidharedam

As we discussed we are not getting ‘mininum amount cart’ value from the FYND platform in the coupons section and this is the core issue.

Kindly let me know the status and based on the we have some scenarios to check on the coupon related works.
