Hello @punitbadal, it appears that Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently enabled for the shared sales channel. If you’re attempting to place an order without signing in, COD might not be available to you. You have a couple of options: you can either sign in before placing your order, or you can activate the option Allow COD for anonymous users from Platform. Please let us know if you encounter any further difficulties.
I have signed in in the sales domain and also enabled COD from platform, but getting same issue exists.
@punitbadal You may have not enabled the COD payment option in the platform’s sales channel settings on the storefront. Could you please try enabling the website option in the storefront settings?
