We are facing an issue after updating the shipment status to “return_initiated”. The said shipment is getting removed from the jiox1 platform.
Is this issue know? Is this the expected behaviour .

Issue with Shipment Id. Try using Order Id instead of shipment Id.
Resolved not an issue
