Before you begin the withdrawal procedure, please ensure the following:
- Your Know Your Customer (KYC) verification has been completed.
- At least one deposit has been made within the last 7 days prior to the withdrawal request.
- Your winning wallet maintains a minimum balance of Rs.0/- to Rs.100/-, depending on your Badge status.
- Withdrawals from your winning wallet are subject to a minimum and maximum limit of Rs.5/- to Rs.3000/-, as determined by your Badge status.
For instance, if your Badge status is Silver and your winning wallet contains a balance of Rs.350/-, your maximum withdrawal limit on a given day would be Rs.250/-. This is calculated by deducting the minimum balance required on a Silver Badge, which is Rs.100/-, from your winning wallet balance of Rs.350/-.
